For more than 15 years, Tracy Mlakar has worked with national nonprofits to shape their donor communications strategies and donor stewardship plans.  Career highlights include writing compelling grant packages garnering more than $88 million over four years for YMCA of the USA (Y-USA); creating the first-ever, annual Donor Impact Report for the American Heart Association (2015-2017), developing the campaign brand and communications tools for UCLA Anderson School of Management’s $100 million campaign, and writing Museum of Science and Industry’s (Chicago, IL) Strategic Plan. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Arts degree in sports management from California State University, Long Beach.Tracy is proud to be a semi-regular platelet donor for the American Red Cross. During hockey season, you’ll find her cheering for the Chicago Blackhawks.
